An on-grid rooftop system has no moving parts. Nothing spins, nothing wears out mechanically. That is why the maintenance burden is genuinely low — but "low" is not "none", and the components age at very different rates.

Our own installations include scheduled cleaning and electrical checks during the AMC period stated in your contract, and workmanship cover for five years. We also take AMC for systems installed by other companies — a first visit in that case starts with a full condition survey, because we need to know what we are inheriting.
